OrthoNY is a premier musculoskeletal practice in New York’s Capital Region and a key part of the foundational practice for Evolve Orthopedic Partners. OrthoNY was formed in 2013 through a merger of three small orthopedic practices. Now with more than 100 providers and continued growth ahead, OrthoNY sought a tech-enabled operating model that could scale efficiently, optimize collectible revenue, and enhance the patient experience.
Like many orthopedic practices that scaled quickly through smaller acquisitions, OrthoNY’s business office faced mounting operational strain.
