Resume Building & Interview Skills Workshop
Shaping Tomorrow’s Professionals Today
As part of our ongoing commitment to youth development, we organised a CSR initiative in collaboration with our NGO partner Prerana, hosting 50 students at our Navi Mumbai office on November 15th, 2025. The workshop was designed to equip young learners with practical, career-ready skills that support their professional journey.
The sessions were led by Neha Chaurasia, Associate Director – Talent Acquisition, who delivered two focused and interactive modules:
Resume Creation Workshop:
Students were guided on crafting a well-structured resume, showcasing their strengths, and presenting academic and project experience effectively.
Interview Skills Session:
Our volunteers shared practical insights on interview preparation, professional communication, and the essential do’s and don’ts that help candidates present themselves with confidence.
The workshop saw enthusiastic participation and strong positive feedback, with students expressing gratitude for the guidance, exposure, and support provided by us.
Through initiatives like this, we continue to empower young individuals with the knowledge and confidence needed to build successful futures.
