In collaboration with NGO partner Prerana, IKS Health conducted a self-defense workshop on 31st July 2024 for 50 children aged 10 years and above. The session focused on teaching basic self-defense techniques and maneuvers, aimed at enhancing the children’s confidence and physical fitness. Led by IKS Health employees, the initiative reflected a commitment to empowering young individuals with practical skills for personal safety and well-being.
