On 16th November 2024, in collaboration with NGO partner Prerana, IKS Health conducted a career coaching session for 40 students. Supported by 7 volunteers, the initiative aimed to guide students in making informed career choices by helping them explore their interests, skills, and values. Volunteers developed and presented tailored materials to provide relevant information and practical insights, empowering students to navigate their future paths with greater confidence and clarity.
