Associate Vice President, Revenue Optimization – Operations
- Skills: Prior Authorization / Accounts Receivable / Payment Posting / Billing
- Location: Navi Mumbai & Hyderabad
- Business: Ambulatory & Acute
Experience Required:
- 12+ years of experience into AR / Prior Authorization / Billing / PP
- Must have experience of handling a team of 50 + members.
- Good communication
- Graduate in any stream is a must
- MBA preferred from a UGC/AICTE approved institute
- Lean Six Sigma Certification would be preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- The Leader would be responsible for operational excellence by achieving SLAs, ensuring quality delivery, and proactively addressing process gaps
- They build strong client partnerships through effective governance, escalations management, and value-driven RCM expertise
- The role focuses on performance improvement, automation, compliance, and alignment with client and organizational goals
- They collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth transitions, financial growth, and adherence to regulatory and contractual standards
- The role involves managing financial performance by forecasting revenue, costs, and headcount, and preparing annual budgets for signed SOWs
- It ensures profitability and growth through effective P&L management, contract governance, and cost optimization initiatives
Director, Revenue Optimization – Operations
- Skills: Prior Authorization / Accounts Receivable / Payment Posting / Billing
- Location: Navi Mumbai
Experience Required:
- 10+ years total experience, with 8+ years in US Healthcare (preferably provider side)
- Strong expertise in Prior Authorization, AR, Payment Posting, and Billing
- Experience managing 50+ member teams; solid P&L, operations, client, and people management skills
- Excellent communication and adaptability
- Any graduate degree
- Open to domestic and international travel

- Ensure operational excellence and meet profitability & SLA goals
- Manage contract scope, invoicing, forecasting, and client satisfaction
- Drive continuous improvement and resolve escalations promptly
- Set, monitor, and achieve team performance targets; lead and mentor teams effectively
