IKS Health is excited to announce the setting up of STEM Labs in 24 schools across six locations as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility initiative in partnership with Hope Foundation and Experifun. These curriculum-based STEM labs will cover science, mathematics, computer and robotics, creating experiential learning opportunities for underprivileged students from government schools. Impact assessments, academic programs, teacher training, capacity building, volunteer engagements, do-it-yourself kits, STEM exhibitions and dedicated STEM tutors for all the schools to conduct STEM sessions will form an integral part of this uniquely designed program.
The objective of this project is to support government schools to improve science and math learning outcomes, to provide a robust infrastructure through STEM Labs, and for imparting essential life skills to the students that would help them to lead an impactful life through self-awareness, critical thinking, and problem solving.
As part of our CSR initiative of setting STEM Labs in government run school, we inaugurated such STEM Labs in a government run school in Bengaluru.
